Best clothes shops for skinny DC

DD (nearly 5) is average height for her age but very skinny on her waist.

She prefers wearing trousers but I find it difficult to buy trousers long enough that will stay up.

One way around this I've found is to buy French clothes like Verbaudet that are slimmer but I can't afford to do this with everything (what I do get I tend to get on eBay).

Are any of the UK brands (particularly the more affordable ones or supermarket) clothes better for skinny children than others? She has TU school trousers which are ok with the adjusters pulled in a lot but it would be nice for her to have some trousers that aren't bunched around the waist so much.

I’m now more excited about the fitted sheet than the clothes Grin

I loathe the way the fitted sheet won’t stay put on my bed despite splashing out on John Lewis deep fitted sheets!

Dunelm have a range of fitted sheets that specify the mattress depth. I can confirm that they work and withstand a tumble drying. Husband thought I was mental for measuring the mattress but he gets it now and loves not having to reapply the sheet every morning.

I think these sheets have made my husband love me more.
