Any HR professionals who can advise on qualifications please?

DS is currently working overseas in an HR role. He has qualifications in coaching and mentoring but would like to obtain a more general qualification in leadership training and development.
He is looking at CIPD level 5 in organisational learning and development. It has to be online and preferably something he can access outside normal working hours in UK because of the time difference.
Could any kind HR professionals give me some guidance about this qualification and recommend a good provider please?

Hi, has your son settled on L&OD as the specialism he wants to go into? Or would he also consider a more generalised HR qualification? As far as I am aware you can do a qualification online and any time through CIPD, they have a partnered provider if he looks on their website. Is he coming back to the UK to work?

He's been working as head of leadership training and development for several years and very much enjoys his job. He is currently working in Asia and hoping to move back to Europe next year, but probably not to the UK. He is looking for an internationally recognised qualification and has found several learning providers online. I guess as long as he chooses an accredited one it should be fine?
