I’m trying to find something similar to a book I had when I was small (or the same book!) if anyone can help please.
It was (I think) pocket sized and had different walks in the Lake District but it was all set out so the walk could be “lead” by the child. There were basic maps and waymarkers to look out for - I remember one where it compared a wall of a churchyard to dragons teeth. I’d love to find it or something similar as we do a lot of walking as a family and I think my 5yo would get a real kick out of leading the walk, I used to love being in charge and finding the route! Can anyone think what book it is or recommend something similar? It needs to be Lake District focused please, that’s our usual stomping ground!
