Be honest. How long do you spend on your phone each day?

Just looked at my "times" and was shocked to see that I average 4 hours a day. I find scrolling a real comfort, but this must be too much. How does this compare with others? Also, if you don't scroll much, what do you do instead?

Similar. My phone has the ability to set limits. It's at 3hrs in the week and 4 on the weekend. Unfortunately it's too easy to override the limit and I often do on a weekday. I spend as much time on my phone as I do at work... Seems too much on paper.

2 hours on a work day and about 5 on a day off. So bad. I wish I could just leave it and pick up a book instead.

Mine says 7 hours! I need to look in To how much time I’m scrolling though. I listen to a podcast on my dog walk, audio book to and from work, meditation app and I watch you tube rather than tv.

About 3-4 hours. It's company and I'm a nosy sort, always interested in other people's lives and worries. I live by myself in a remote place and don't have neighbours or family anywhere nearby.
