Three car seat cars!

The Seat's boot is a bit smaller than the VW. When we bought the car we needed to fit both a double stroller and a wheelchair with all the seats up

I am looking to replace my Alhambra with either another Alhambra or a Sharan. I'll pay attention to boot sizes now!

Citroen C4 Picasso / Airspace. Can fit 3 of those massive baby/toddler car seats in the back. Plus massive boot and can fold flat the back seats and the front passenger seats too so great for bits of furniture too!

I remember hearing that and we were going to get the Seat. But we really needed to carry those things at the time so we took them to the car dealer and they wouldn't fit in the Seat 😕 they just about did in the VW

This is one reason why we only had two children. (Smiley face)
But as GPs we have had to make sure we had a car big enough for 3.

We've fitted 3 across a VW Touran and Honda CRV.

We've got a 7 seater Ford smax vignale. Three car seats with isofix along the middle row

We have a Verso. We can fit two high back booster and a rear facing toddler seat in the back.
Two pop up seats in the boot if you need it as well.

Multimac.com do 3 and 4 seat benches that fit in the back of most large cars.

These aren't reccomended as they forward face and provide very little in the way of protection for side impact, they are basically not safe. OP can you ask on some Facebook groups such as Extendes Rear Facing and Car Seats UK they have some brilliant advice

We've had a grand Picasso... Hated it but the seats fitted. Have our second s max now and love it. Its not pretty or fancy but it has 3 full seats and more in the boot for when my three want friends round too.
C max fits 3 but it's a fighter fit

Peugeot 5008 here too. You can get 3 seats in the back, it has 3 individual seats rather than 2 and a little middle one, a flat floor and all can be adjusted independently. It’s fine for adults too. Seats in the boot are easy to put up and down, they are small ish but my teen loves them! We tend not to use them much because I need the boot space for a wheelchair.

Most of the MPV type cars (Picasso/S max etc) fit 3 car seats across the back. If you want a more SUV type car then you’d need to try out the seats before you buy. Cars we thought would work didn’t!
We have a baby seat, toddler swivel seat and high back booster side by side in our Kia Sorento. Boot is massive with the back row down.
The Peugeot 5008 was another strong contender. Lovely car. Kia just had a better deal.

I’m a childminder. I’ve got a galaxy. Three seats across the middle row or two in the middle, two in the ‘boot’. I can easily fit A double buggy in the actual boot with the back seats up too.

They do rear face as well, just not until 4.
