Help with touchscreen laptop - recommendations?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a touchscrene laptop for age 12 DD please? She needs one for school and her old laptop keeps breaking. Hoping not to spend too much and was looking at this one

Just bumping this for you, OP, in case someone else is about now who might have information for you.

Why does it need to be touchscreen? If you've never had a smashed phone screen you've been very lucky, look at the price of fixing the touchscreen before you commit. I was ready to buy myself one but was talked out of it on this basis, one of the people who convinced me was someone who fixes them!
