Can anyone recommend an amazing aparthotel in The Greek Islands?

Want to book a holiday with our one year old so hotels don't really work. Want to be able to put her to bed and drink wine with my husband so not all in one room. Ideally would be able to fly from Stansted.

We holiday in Greece every summer. And we invariably just use airbnbs. We have had great experiences in Crete, Andros and Paros. We make sure that we have a good look at the photos and always rent a car too so we can explore.

You know what, I can't believe these massive holiday chains don't have filters on their websites like separate lounge/ apartment! It's ridiculous.

Where did you go in the end? I want to find an apartment (due to having a little one) in Greece but with all the luxuries of a hotel.
