Feeding and sleeping schedule for 12 month old

Hello,

I was wondering what are everyone’s feeding and sleeping schedules like for 1 year old?
I feel like my little one is transitioning to one nap as he keeps refusing his second one but I keep reading it’s usually later then that.

Also he is eating 3 times a day plus snacks and breast milk morning and evening/night. However my mother says he should be eating solids 4 times a day as he is not putting much weight on. Still waiting on HV 1 year review.

I have a one year old that breastfeeds and the day goes like this:

4am: wake up in cot and feeds in my bed and stays there.

7am wake up and get up. No milk

7:30: porridge

11am: milk and nap

1pm: lunch

4:15pm: tea

6pm: milk and bed in cot.

So one nap, 3 milks, 3 solid meals. Sometimes snacks if we are out at a park or picnics but not really at homr

Does your child follow their growth line in the red book?

What do you mean by he’s not putting much weight on? If he’s tracking his curve then there isn’t an issue but if he’s falling down the percentiles I’d call HV Monday and ask for him to be seen asap. But 3 meals a day plus snacks sounds perfect, as does breast feeds morning and evening, most people don’t eat 4 full means a day, a nursery wouldn’t follow that routine either, I don’t know what your mum is on about. If there is a weight gain problem maybe it’s what you’re feeding him as opposed to how frequent meals are but you would really need to discuss that with a professional. As for naps, my first dropped to 1 at 15 months, my second is almost 12 months and his first nap has shortened to about 20-30 minutes but he’s still nowhere near ready to drop it yet.

But full routine for mine:
6.30am wake, breakfast usually toast, fruit, whole milk in a sippy cup
9am nap for 20-30 minutes
10am snack usually fresh fruit
12pm lunch, whatever we’re having
12.30-2pm nap
2.30pm snack usually a baby snack bar, puffs or something like that
5pm dinner
6pm bath
6.30pm bed, no evening milk as he refuses it

We do a vitamin and lots of dairy in his diet as he’s a bit of a milk refuser and excluding breakfast he won’t drink it.
