Oh lord. I just came across this and it feels quite accurate. How do we combat this feeling?

Goodness
I don’t relate to that at all
Seems an awful way to live
How old are you? What’s your health and fitness like?

IbizaToTheNorfolkBroads · 16/01/2022 08:27

That’s not me either

JurgensCakeBabyJesus · 16/01/2022 08:29

I feel like that a fair amount but didn't before having a toddler and a job going through a national restructure. I'm assuming it will pass

JurgensCakeBabyJesus · 16/01/2022 08:29

I also don't have issues falling asleep (too tired) and I don't have reflux/nausea. Just general exhaustion

Oatsamazing · 16/01/2022 08:29

I feel like that a lot of the time but I have a 15mo and a physical job, hoping it will get better in a few years!

Eloradannin2nd · 16/01/2022 08:30

That's depressing. I don't feel like that at all.

AuntieMarys · 16/01/2022 08:34

Me neither and I'm in my 60s! Have you had blood tests done...do you eat healthily?

Bunce1 · 16/01/2022 08:35

Nope I don’t identify and if I did I would be visiting my doctors.

KurtWilde · 16/01/2022 08:40

Nope can't relate, and if I did I'd be seeing my GP. Why do these 'relatable' things keep circulating as if you should just accept that's 'how it is' and not actually do anything about it?

notyouagainn · 16/01/2022 08:42

I am tired but there's reasons for it and I do feel like I clean all the time and it never looks done. But I don't have caffeine. I don't like the almost dismissive attitude of the post like everyone feels that way so those who are really struggling don't have a voice. Whilst a lot of people do feel that way the degree which it impacts depends on the person.

devildeepbluesea · 16/01/2022 08:44

Nope, I don’t feel like that and neither did I when I had a baby / toddler.
I sleep well, eat relatively healthily and exercise loads. Work is good.
I think if your life really is like that, things need to change.

Woodlandarchitect · 16/01/2022 08:46

See a doctor. Low ferritin or low iron can make you feel that way. I have it and nothing helps (apart from iron infusions which are gross)…. It’s like a deep deep fatigue with nausea on the side.

My meds cause fatigue too. 😂 I’m like a zombie but I do try and run every week despite this then cry a lot from tiredness

SquirrelG · 16/01/2022 08:58

I'm in my 60s and I don't feel like that, even though I'm not a great sleeper.

Oh, well done!
Toadsinholes · 16/01/2022 09:11

I feel like that (except acid reflux, don’t have that). But the tired thing always. I have a very physical job, I have to get up at 5am for work most days, I hate it. I always feel so tired. The only way i can see out of it is to change jobs but not so easy mid40s with bills to pay!

I’m glad for all of you who don’t feel like this Smile

OldKingCole · 16/01/2022 09:30

I feel like this except the acid reflux
