New house, no oven. Cooking ideas please

Hello
We've just moved house, into a fixer upper. The oven doesn't work and although we have another to install it will be about a week until we do.

We are therefore relying on the instant pot and microwave for a bit. Can you recommend meal ideas please?

Yesterday I did bolognaise and added fresh pasta to the pot once the meat was ready. I can do curry, I can do rice in microwave for all sorts.

3 primary aged children, they are not too fussy but one is dairy free so we can't do easy stuff like Mac and cheese, and ready meals are not really a go-er

Which InstantPot do you have? If the duo then you're sorted.

I would do a bean chilli in the Instant pot with your microwave jackets, a risotto, a gammon joint in the slow cooker served with mash and veg (do this before the chilli then you can throw any leftover gammon into that), a full English for dinner on the stove in a frying pan, a couple of curries on the stove served with naan (warm in a frying pan) and rice and a raman bowl loaded with boiled egg and chopped veg/meat.

Do soup in the IP? My favourite soup is carrot and courgette. Risotto in the IP, really easy, our fav is chicken and bacon- very simple and no stirring, it’s an IP recipe.

Seriously buy an air fryer, then you can stir roast veggies and have a slow roast in the IP.
