Is this a migraine?

So I suffer from sinus infections. I tend to get them after a cold. But I thought thus was a start to a sinus infection but apart from a headache across my face and temples, a cigarette smell stuck in my nose, I don't smoke or live with any one who does) loud noise is really bothering me. And tingling on my cheek bones. And very heavy pressure across the bridge of my nose on to my cheeks.

Does this sound like a migraine. I'm not congested which is why I don't think its my sinuses. And no mucus. I'm miserable though it's been a week and only goes when I sleep but being awake for 3 minutes it comes back

I do get migraines with my sinus infections but this does sound more like an extreme sinus infection. Migraine headache in my experience is more up in the head and temples and has some sort of visual thing. My sinus infections affect my sense of smell.

It's strange I can't smell very well but there's also a lingering smell of cigarettes. It stays for an hour then disappears and comes back which I get with sinus infections. But I'm normally all bunged up etc but hasn't got that this time. No runny or blocked nose and no mucus

Not a migraine. Probably a sinus infection which can present as pressure and a sinus headache.
