DH and I have recently given up meat. He works shifts so preps and freezes his meals. He works out a lot, on top of 12 hour shifts, and needs a lot of protein to keep him feeling full.
Can anyone recommend some suitable meals? Needs to be fairly substantial as he is a bottomless man. He made himself a 5 bean chilli for his last set of shifts which sort of did the job, but he would like some variety.
