I have been informed this evening that if one has been at a party for 25minutes or less one has not been to the party.

Am I correct in supposing that this rule applies in other situations, for example if I break into a property, but spend less than 25minutes I haven't been there?

Or, if you are inside a neighbour's bed with him for 23 minutes, it is not adultery?
