I have a leg injury which means I’m working from home and not really able to get out for walks at the moment.
I haven’t left the house since Monday. My DH works during the day but in winter he also has evening work usually twice a week. This week he’s done his own shift Wednesday, covered someone else’s last night and tonight as favours (although he will get paid for it).
We have 2 lovely holidays booked for June and August, so do have things to look forward to, but at the moment I can feel my mental health deteriorating being stuck in the house.
How do you beat the winter blues?
