Teenage rhymes or sayings from your childhood?

I have just seen a page publish this rhyme that I remember personally.

"one up the bum, no harm done, one up the fanny, your mum's a granny."

Intrigued to hear others that people know or used to say themselves?

We used to always say “itchy chin” or “chinny reckon” if you didn’t believe something

Sometimes I would still like to use it but not sure it’s appropriate in a work environment Grin

I cant remember any rhymes as a teenager but there was a rumour which eberyone believed that RedBull was made from a bulls saliva. Literally everyone beleived it.
