New to this but would like some advice on what kind of damp this could be in my flat as my daughter isn’t very well now and the doctor thinks it could be related

Yes it’s a old council home and myself and children are I’ll. they put insulation in the walls in 2018 and still no improvement. There sending a damp company out but to be honest I don’t want to be in this property anymore Iv had enough. All my clothes and furniture is ruined and the kids keep getting I’ll. they’ve given me a industrial humidifier to use. The council home is a old flat.
