I've got a few things that I know I can always turn to in times of crisis for guaranteed instant good mood and belly laughs:

 • Chris Pratt doing the TOWIE accents on Graham Norton.
 • Professor Kelly's children walking in on his BBC interview.
 • The Derry Girls Catholics vs Protestants blackboard.

What are yours?

My Lovely Horse, every time. "We have to lose that sax solo!" Grin

I've been rewatching lots of One Foot in the Grave - far too many moments that still have me laughing including the wig in the loaf of bread, the puppy instead of the phone and this ridiculous gem below. It's the response of Mrs Warboys at around 1:30 that cracks me up Grin

Retro and Northern Ireland specific - clips of James Young and Julian Simmons for a bit of nostalgia. "But now on the UTV!" Smile

Dave Spikey in Phoenix Nights when he's on the Pro Plus and sake, particularly when doing the bingo and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. I often use this as an analogy for how my ADHD affects me - that it can be like this followed by my brain functioning as well as Norman Collier's faulty microphone Grin

And Sammy Snake, definitely NSFW Grin

For anyone who likes Sean Lock he did a show called "TV's Believe It Or Not" a few years back on BBC4 looking at some weird UK TV from the past. For some reason there's a bit from a very old live episode of The Sky At Night that keeps going wrong. The way Sean keeps going on about "liiiiive ASTRONOMEEEE!" always makes me laugh Grin

And another Sean - the absurdity of Sean's Show Grin

The IT Crowd. The theatre trip to see the gay musical
Just started watching these. I was laughing so hard I couldn’t breathe

@MargotMoon and @ShirleyPhallus this is my favourite Chrystal Maze which you might like too if that's your thing

Pieceofpurplesky · 14/01/2022 12:59

David Cameron talking to a tree. Funniest comment ever.

Redcrayons · 14/01/2022 13:06

The opening scene of the Office when Dwight does the fire drill.

The Backstreet Boys line up in Brooklyn 99

cushioncovers · 14/01/2022 13:16

Agree with others, the Halloween episode of Bottom where Ritchie keeps soiling his tights.

Absolutely Fabulous episode where they have to get a smaller car, go grocery shopping and end up in court.

EscapeTheCastle · 14/01/2022 13:29

This gives me LIFE!

Not a laugh out loud clip as such, more of a life affirming one.

or put into you tube "bon jovi fan breaks out dancing"

OhWhyNot · 14/01/2022 13:33

That David Cameron talking to a tree is hilarious hasn’t seen it before thank you Grin

Lookingoutside · 14/01/2022 13:35

‘or put into you tube "bon jovi fan breaks out dancing"

What a fucking hero!!!! 😃

LumosSolem · 14/01/2022 13:39

David Brent's motivational speaking.

And of course the dance.

Mocha1978 · 14/01/2022 13:45

In one episode in the first series of Cuckoo there is a scene where Greg Davies' character has to take part in an important work meeting but he is stoned. There is a bit where he crashes through the plate glass door which has me howling every time I see it.

furbabymama87 · 14/01/2022 13:45

Old X Factor audition compilations on YouTube, back when they genuinely were convinced they were amazing and were awful. The likes of Emma Chawner, Kelly " very harsh" etc.

SaffyWall · 14/01/2022 13:50

Sean Lock and Jon Richardson playing 'Carrot in a box' on 8 out of 10 cats does Countdown.

Bob Mortimer falling over on Gone Fishing (and all the times he was on 'Would I Lie to you').

Patrick Stewart on Graham Norton telling the story about how he found out he wasn't circumcised.

Youmeanyouvelostyourkey · 14/01/2022 13:52

So many tasks in Taskmaster
Polar bear mascot repeatedly falling on ice when trying to film commercial.
this is brilliant!!!! Grin
Joined4this · 14/01/2022 14:12

Someone on here mentioned The Daily Mash and I’ve been hooked since. Today they were taking the piss out of Boris’s future career options and they got to Scd - he’s going to galumph around to the Lambada for a week or two before being voted off and earning six times the annual wage of a nurse Grin. I can literally see him galumphing to the Lambada before everyone rings in OUTRAGED and gets him booted. I might have to start laughing all over againGrin

SaffyWall · 14/01/2022 14:18

Also Joe Tracini making up and then commentating on his own dances, and commentating on the gymnastics too. Brilliant!

ShirleyPhallus · 14/01/2022 14:18
**@MargotMoon* and @ShirleyPhallus* this is my favourite Chrystal Maze which you might like too if that's your thing
Really enjoyed the final minute of that, thanks
Shoobydooer · 14/01/2022 14:22

@LynnInAVan

Anything from The Smell of Reeves and Mortimer

Special mention to Councillors Cox and Evans

Mulligan and OHare

The Stars in Their Eyes skit always does it for me!

Also, any episode of 30 Rock still has me laughing out loud no matter how many times I've seen it.

DockOTheBay · 14/01/2022 14:25

The BBC news interview on a video call and then his toddler and baby come storming in. The little girls jaunty walk and then the mum skidding in all panicked, cracks me up every time.

DockOTheBay · 14/01/2022 14:28

I reenact this a lot when drunk 😂

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 14/01/2022 14:43

I also laugh out loud at old Top Gear - when Jeremy, James and Richard do stupid challenges and make an almighty mess of them. And Clarkson’s Farm has laugh out loud moments too. Basically Jeremy Clarkson being crap at things is very funny. I know this will be controversial.
