Sickness bug or reaction to allergy medicine

I gave DD piriton allergy medicine first thing this morning (never had it before) and then she sicked it up. I assumed it was the medicine but she was sick a couple times. She been absolutely fine the rest of the day and then has just been sick again after she ate her dinner.

Would she still sick from the medicine or is it more likely to be a sickness bug?

The vomiting could be cause by the allergy.

Sounds like a bug to me.

I don't actually know what the allergy is, she reacting to something at nursery. She's never been sick before so must be the medicine or a bug. The pharmacy recommended the Piriton

Why was piriton given? Was she displaying any symptoms of allergy response?

Would be concerned if she’s still that badly affected so many hours after the fact and would call GP or telephone service for further advice.
