Bodum customer service= non existent

Has anyone had any joy from trying to contact bodum? My 11yr Old with my help bought a coffee travel mug for her dad which came cracked! she binned the delivery note before we noticed the damage. We have emailed and tried there Web chat to no avail......theres no contact number available either. Any advice?

I have also been having issues with Bodum’s lack of customer service and their travel mug. I messaged on their chat and got an response basically saying not our problem.

There is a phone number +44 2033187478. I found it on their FAQ page. They don’t answer though.

It's so wrong! How do they get away with this? If you gave any success please let me know
