Coconut oil

Can you use any coconut oil on your skin? I usually buy 100ml boots coconut oil for £2.50 but Lidl have 500ml for £1.99?? Is it the same stuff? It's for my kids so don't want them to be slathered in something that's not good!

I buy the Lidl / aldi coconut oil in the large jars - it’s usually in the food section!

Perfectly fine for slathering all over you, it’s still 100% coconut oil!

And saves the wallet too

i use it as a hair mask put it on my hair for an hour then wash my hair and it leaves it lovely and soft and shiny

Yeah I bought some from Lidl today and then wondered if I could actually use it for the kids skin, will go ahead and feel smug I've saved some cash haha

I buy the Lidl or Morrisons one. I use it on the dog as well as my hair with no trouble.
