Budget ideas for DS11 birthday

DS turns 11 in April and wants to do something with his friends. Not a ‘party’, as he Is Far Too Old For This now (apparently) but an activity or similar in a group. His mates have done various things like go kart racing, water sports stuff, some of it pretty pricey.

Any brainwaves please! I’m trying to watch the cash (single parent) and don’t have heaps of spare ££. Maybe bowling?

A sleep over with a chippy tea? Tent in the back garden?
