Soo if your on a diet what's your typical days food intake mines been around the same now for a couple of months(ithink)this is just the last 3 days that iv logged

B-2 scrambled egg&cheese
D-sausage roll 2 eggs mushrooms leeks peas cheese and curry sauce.
Nothing in-between!
TUE
B-shredded wheat
D-8chicken nuggets,salad,cheese
Nothing in between
WED
B-2scrambed eggs 3quorn ham,mushrooms leeks,peppers cheese
D-spatato fries,chicken pieces,mushy peas
Snack-nuts jelly beans,vodka
I'm veggie so when I say meat I mean Quorn lol..does this sound ok what's yours?I would love to know I haven't got any idea of what I'm supposed to be eating for dieting.
