generalised anxiety disorder& driving??

Hello. I am currently waiting for my car to be repaired after an accident. It was a minor accident, noone was hurt, and I haven't heard much from my insurers as of yet other than repairs being approved and awaiting a date from the garage. I am unemployed due to disability and have declared this status to my car insurance, but didn't declare any medical conditions as I didn't think I needed to. today I read that 'severe anxiety' is notifiable to insurers & DVLA, I am diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) & depression, but they don't affect my driving in my opinion. My doctor has never spoken to me about driving except for one time where I arrived for an appointment very anxious & she said "how did you get here today?", I said "I walked, I would never drive in this state", which I wouldn't.

Will my insurance company ask what my disability is when putting my claim through seeing as there are no medical conditions declared on my policy ? Should I have told them & DVLA about GAD? I'm really worried that my policy will be voided or worse and I'm not sure whether I've done something wrong!
