St Lucia, really lovely scenery and lots of good day trips if you wanted to see the island.
A luxury cruise to just about anywhere would fit the bill.

A cruise

We went on the most amazing holiday in December. It was to the four seasons resort in Punta MITA mexico.
It was so fancy and we flew business class too. DH won it otherwise we never would have gone on such an expensive trip but if money is no object I'd highly recommend it.

Langkawi in Malaysia is pretty much paradise to me. Not as pricy as some of the more obvious options either
