If you had an unexpected day off and a bit of money, what would you do?

I've got an unexpected day off, I went to book a massage but she isn't free until tomorrow.

If you had a day off a bit of money in your pocket, what would you do?

Go for a lovely lunch and buy myself a little present to cheer up this gloomy month.

Kind of depends where you live and the weather. A walk in the Cotswolds or a trip to Tate Modern spring to mind!

I'd find somewhere else to have a massage, or go to a bookshop, buy a light read and go get myself a nice lunch somewhere

Head to a nice spa?
Train trip to a nearby 'nice town' for an afternoon tea and browse of the quaint shops. I'm thinking Shrewsbury or Stratford for me, but you may not be Midlands based...

If I had an unexpected day off, I would most likely catch up on some jobs around the house and read in peace while the kids were out Blush

Get a day pass to a nice gym/spa and hang out there, with lunch.

I've just booked a haircut, and I'm going with the lunch and book idea - thank you!

As I have a small child any days off where she isn't around are spent in bed.
