Thoughts?

Same hours but different configuration. Choice is mine

Either
8.30-12.30 3 days a week plus 1 day 9-5
OR
3 days of 9-5

What would you choose?

3 days 9-5 💯

Kbyodjs · 12/01/2022 10:34

3 days of 9-5; I find that with half days it still takes over the day and if it’s an office based job then by the time you’ve got your head into something then it’s time to go home

Havilland · 12/01/2022 10:36

Three days of 9-5.

SheWoreYellow · 12/01/2022 10:37

Depends if you need to pick children up from school and what your commute is.

Dammitthisisshit · 12/01/2022 10:38

3 days 9-5
Assuming children logistics can still be handled those days

Nononoah · 12/01/2022 10:40

If you didn't need to do school runs then probably the 3 days

EmmaStone · 12/01/2022 10:40

3 days easier to work around - as others say, a morning isn't quite long enough to get stuck in, people will never know when you're in or not, and you'll feel like you're constantly starting and stopping. BUT will you have childcare issues?

careerswitcher · 12/01/2022 10:44

Child at nursery = 3 days 9-5
Child at school = 3 mornings plus a day 9-5

Depends on other factors too of course (length of commute, whether you can start work at 8.30 and still get child to school etc). But broadly speaking that's what I'd do!

Whatayear81 · 12/01/2022 11:14

Perfect
Thanks
I go for 3
