Does maternity pay finish end of 38th week or end of 39th week?

Hi all, just a quick one I'm due back to work soon and wondering if its the end of the 38th week you stop getting maternity leave pay and so start back on the 39th week? Or do you get pay for the 39th week and start back 40th? Any ideas anyone please. Thanks

You get 39 weeks of pay, so at the end of the 39th week.

It says it is paid up to 39 weeks so I wasn't sure is this meant until it is the 39th week or when it's been the 39th week. So the start or finish or the week. Thanks
