Healthy snacks

I'm on new medication which is making me so hungry in the evenings, it's impossible to ignore it. I lost 3 stone of baby weight recently and I don't want to put it back on, I'm a healthy BMI.

Any tips for food to curb the evening cravings other than obvious items like grapes.
