I've always been a night owl & have accepted that. But not going to sleep at a reasonable time is becoming an issue.
Im 30 and live alone, so there is no one to pull me into a routine as such. My recent ex was also an insomaniac which was a disaster as he was even worse than me.
Before the pandemic, I routinely went to sleep about 11.30-12 latest. Since the pandemic and now, I don't sleep until about 2am. This includes both the return to office working & working from home - either way, I tend to stay up just as late.
I think I've got used to this way of living with a low level chronic tiredness and just don't feel tired when I go to bed. Then I sleep for about 10/11 hours at the weekend. Any advice?
