Anyone fancy interpreting a dream for me?

Last night I had a bizarre series of dreams in vivid colours.

One where I was in halls (or back at university) and looked out of the window and saw a cruise ship and a comedy actor (I know his face but can't place his name)

The ship went off anyway.

In another dream my child was making his communion and I forgot to invite anyone and also forgot shoes for him so he had to wear old horrible ones. But he was in a smart suit.

The cruise ship represents your freedom - that was it floating away, never to return Grin

That might be it alright Grin

You feel like your time at uni was full of freedom and laughter but now that ship has sailed. You may not be rich enough to give your children luxuries but they will always get the very best that you can afford and are dearly loved. Sometimes you panic that you are not getting everything right but you are a brilliant parent. (Well that's my take on it!).

Watching a departing ship represents good fortune with money, like a windfall or a lottery win. Does the person on board the ship host some sort of a game show? If so I'd apply to go on it!
Dreaming about not having [the right] shoes symbolises low self esteem. The context of the communion suggests that you're worried that you won't fit in or be good enough for a particular event.
Having a sequence of vivid colourful dreams suggests that you're stressed and your brain is overfull and you need some down time.

It sounds like you were passive, did you feel regret or sadness watching the ship leave?

The second dream - an anxiety about things not going to plan despite being prepared for them?

I have very low self esteem but I hide it in everyday life.
I have had a huge fallout with my family who blame me for my mothers depression and one sibling who doesn't even know where I live but I'm expected to help my mother mind his kids most weekends (love my nieces and nephews)

I recently stopped (3 months ago) chasing after a relationship with them. I have a great career - not always happy but considering my background I've I've as far as I can go.

Maybe the departing ship means you'd like to let go of the stress your family put on you?

It was Christipher Biggins in the dream. I recall it now. Not a comedian I'm sure but smiley and nice. Waving to me.
