Just wondered if anyone can relate to this. I have a reasonably good professional job. In the last couple of years I feel like I always have an endless to do list that I am not on top of and now I actually feel physically sick and anxious when thinking about work. It’s not so bad when I am actually doing it but it’s impacting my life as it’s always at the back of my mind. It’s not my employer’s fault - I think it’s just that I have been juggling work and home life for a long time and now suffering from some sort of work fatigue. Finding it hard to be motivated at work but then feeling even worse about it.
