CANVA users, can you make files changeable?

Ive done a PDF file for someone who wants to make their own changes - Can I save the file to a word document or what can I save it as so they can make their own text changes?

In Canva you can make them part of your team, then allow them to access and edit it. Or you can just open it in Word and it will, after a short delay, convert it into a Word document. You can lose some formatting, just see whether it works. Or they could use a .pdf editor.

In the Canva team they don't get access to all your docs, just anything you give them edit or view access to. I haven't been at the other end of this but I think that they just log into their Canva account and pick it up there, rather than edit your original if that makes sense.

Umm I'd rather not give them access.

So if I ask them to open it in word they maybe able to do this???

I dont they have up to date systems on their laptop as usually you can edit PDF files cant you

You can only edit .pdf files if you have the editor. Just open it in your own Word and see what it looks like. I've also explained that Canva teams doesn't give someone free rein in your Canva account. They can get a Canva account for free.

Or look up free pdf editors and see how they work.

Is there a reason you’d rather not give them access? It’s probably the easiest way.
