..and pleasantly surprised by the side effects?
I’m not a massive drinker (usually a small glass of wine say 4-5 evenings a week) but I completely over indulged at Christmas, so much so I turned down a glass of champagne New Year’s Day (unheard of!). On a whim I decided to do dry January and can’t believe how easy it’s been. I definitely feel much more clear headed, I’m sleeping better and have so much more energy 🙂 My husband is now worried that I’ll become teetotal.
How’s everyone else finding it?
