Would you prepare for possible isolation? Work trip

I'm away with work next ask overseas and paranoid I'll get Covid while there and have to isolate. I'm prepared for it to happen though I know it would be bad luck. My question is this : if you knew you had a risk of this happening, what would you pack?
I'm thinking
Cold and flu remedies, tea bags, vitamins, books, will have laptop for entertainment.
I may be slightly overthinking but indulge me with what you'd take. It's like the Covid version of desert island discs
And no I'm not a journalist before anyone asks. I'm just trying to plan for the worst so I'm ready.

Check the ingredients of the cold and flu remedies aren't banned where you're going.

Basically I would take whatever makes you feel better when you're poorly that you can travel with unless you can get it there... For me full sugar coke, boiled sweets, biscuits, comfy PJ's, hot water bottle...

Laptop & charger. Is all I brought. Had this potential problem few weeks ago. Feeling Envy that you get to travel. My work trip (to somewhere sunny) was supposed to be right now!

You might not feel unwell.

Face mask, nail polish, good biscuits, pots of porridge.

@lljkk it may yet be cancelled tbh
Porridge is a great shout. Although it could also be a great chance to detox !

Well. The trip is on and I'm really nervous. I feel like I've forgotten how to travel, pack and can't concentrate to plan! I've bought throat sweets and cold and flu x 2 and ibuprofen and got my nice pyjamas ready. I need tissues and books but may revive an old kindle for reading. I'm nervous about seeing people too as I'm way fatter than before lockdown !

Paracetamol. Lots.

Make sure you have a good VPN so you can watch UK TV/Netflix etc. I find that without it there is a much more limited choice of things available to watch.

Books
Laptop
additional clean underwear and maybe a second pyjama
painkillers
cold medication
A pack of disposable masks, FFP2, not just the flimsy blue ones.

Check the rules of the country, some will allow you to stay in the hotel you are in, some will transfer you to a quarantaine hotel.

Travel wash in case you haven't packed enough underwear.
