Roblox help needed

Has anyone been able to successfully cancel Roblox premium?

It's not letting us through our iPhones, the website or mobile app.

It doesn't show up in our phone settings in subscriptions.

It won't show the 'cancel recurring membership' button on the app/mobile site/desktop site.

I cancelled through my bank but that cancelled other apple payments which I now have to pay through PayPal via my iPhone. And when I added my PayPal to the iPhone payment it then started paying Roblox premium again.

I've spoken to Apple, Roblox and my bank... nobody has helped.

I'm not completely rubbish at technology but this has completely messed me up and it's been going on for months!!!

If you have any magical advice please help!!!

My dh managed to cancel one in November, but he has no clue how he did it, only remembers that it was difficult! We've still got another roblox subscription, just asked dh to see how to cancel it and he can't find a way! Sorry no help at all! Will keep looking to figure it out!

Have you tried going into your App Store, click on the wee circle with your initials on top right corner. There is a link for purchases and subscriptions. I'm sure I've cancelled something to do with roblox that way before but might not be the same 🤷‍♀️

Just tried but got the 'you have no subscriptions' 🙄 Thanks though as I hadn't tried that route.

I cancelled mine, I'm sure I clicked on the Robux sign to cancel. You have probably tried this but just incase, here is what it says.
