Best Spa Hotel in S Yorkshire?

Thinking of booking for my mum's 70th

Losehill House is absolutely lovely, though it's technically just outside S Yorks, near Castleton.
Really good food, idyllic surroundings and v nice spa.
I don't really rate the Sheffield city centre ones. Avoid Tankersley Manor too.

Avoid St Paul's in Sheffield city. Went recently. It was in very poor condition.

Titanic is amazing, though v much in west Yorkshire, not South Yorkshire. Would highly recommend.

Tankersley Manor is tired. The spa is really poor and always very busy IME as its always on Groupon-style deals. The spa itself is no better than a basic leisure centre pool and sauna.

Titanic is incredible though - well worth that extra half hour drive north.

Ye Old Bell Spa in Barnby Moor is lovely. Not far from Doncaster and just off the A1. Highly recommend. 😃

If you’re happy to go a bit further north titanic spa is brilliant

I was a bit disappointed by titanic spa recently. Would highly recommend lose hill as well although in the peak District.
