Do they work? Even if it's roughly?
I'm trying to convince DH to see a GP about
?sleep apnoea.
We already sleep in separate rooms because of his epic snoring.
He wakes up in an awful, vile mood which effects the whole family and our marriage.
He's agreed to speak to a GP, he has done this before and they just told him over the phone to take vitamin D.
That was as helpful as a chocolate tampon.
He will speak to the GP again, in the interim, I wondered if a sleep tracker app might point out to him how many times he wakes in the night, as just a little more of a push toward him taking to the GP about sleep apnea, rather that "my wife made me call you because she reckons im moody in the mornings" because it's way more than that.
I realise this is WAY more than a sleep tracker app can fix.
I realise there are issues, I really don't need comments/advice/opinions on the situation but literally just on the sleep tracker thing.
Thank you!
