Counsellors in private practice - who are you insured with please?

I qualified as a Counsellor with a post grad Diploma from Strathclyde Uni in 1999. Then worked for 5 years. Had my 1st child with SN. Then a 2nd.
Have been a Carer since 2004. Just now able to return to work.

I'd like to go back into private practice. But, I don't have BACP membership or the abliity to apply as I don't have recent client experience. Does anyone else offer insurance, or is my only option to resit a similar course so I have up to date qualifications / therefore can gain insurance do you think?
