My does my lymph nodes hurt in my neck so much after drinking alcohol?

The last two times Iv been out and got very drunk my neck has became so tender to touch. It really hurts, mostly on my right hand side.

What can cause this?

I get that under my armpits - I always presume it’s because they have to work extra hard!

Probably nothing but can be a sign of lymphoma. Clearly this is very much the less likely scenario but you should get checked just in case.

I’m going to get a doctors appointment because it’s so painful but also my left breast is so sore to touch aswel
