So first time getting an interview for childcare manager position. Can anyone give me ideas about questions I'll be asked. I've been room/group leader. I'm guessing safeguarding will come up, previous experience etc but any possible scenarios they could throw at me. It's part of a charity as well and the job spec mentions business plans which I'm unsure about
