£3-4k birthday gift budget

I need help! My husband's 40th. Looking at something special but it's neither a whopping 10k budget nor a hundred quid, both of which would be easier!

He's a man's man. Not into fashion, food or travel. Owns a little sailing boat, something for that would be ideal but I have no idea what! He likes tools and antiques too, but again no clue.

I know he would love a vintage Rolex but that's way outside my budget!

Any ideas really gratefully received...

I know my DHs dream present would be a Steam Train driving experience, which is £650 locally!
I'd be happy in the Lego shop.

Spitfire fight is about £4k

Tudor watch. Not Rolex

You might be able to get a Preloved Rolex from his birth year?

You could get a really good bike for that.

My husband has a sailing dinghy. He has booked himself a weeks sailing course its in Menai Wales, lots of other boat courses available which your husband might like, all different budgets as well. Another option might be a power boat course or a rib ride experience - we have done a good one of these around Anglesey.
