Been promised a refund since December, still not had it. Appalling service so far!
Made an order on 26th nov it didn't arrive, apparently lost by dear old Hermes, replacement sent…. Didn't arrive, apparently damaged by dear old Hermes replacement for this finally arrived. Second order placed 1st Dec, it didn't arrive, apparently lost by dear old Hermes… again! Replacement sent and yep didn't arrive, apparently damaged by dear old Hermes… again, offered another replacement but several items out of stock so i opted for a refund, didn't arrive, cant blame Hermes for this one, chased it and told they would reauthorise it. Still didn't arrive, chased it again, and again. Just been told there was a ‘technical error’ in refunding it and they would investigate and get back to and that ‘hopefully’ it would be with me in 10 days! Am i wrong in thinking this is appalling customer service and there should be a way to refund a bit quicker than that considering how long they have had my money.
Another company that i had an order with e mailed me straight away to say it was out of stock and refund was with me the next day.

Did you pay by card? Your card company can reclaim the money for you.

Oh good idea, why did i not consider that, it was credit card purchase so should work i think?
