Can someone who knows another Center Parks help me please?

Have just booked a lodge for me and my family for a special occasion in March. We've always wanted to go..I was of the understanding before paying that we can book 3 X 3hr sessions during our weekend. The payment all went through so I thought I'd book us into the swimming and it says it's not available for out stay or sold out? So they take all our money and we can't even book in for the swimming which is the main reason we want to go there??? Trying to ring now...surely this can't be right?

Are you going at the end of March? Activity booking opens 8 weeks in advance of your stay I think so it may not have opened yet?

It's probably just not realised yet for your dates. I got an email telling me when I could book activities for our Feb break. Check and see of you can book anything else yet too. Fingers crossed that is the case and not that it is sold out!

Yeah it's 8 weeks out that you can book activities including swimming, they'll email you to remind you. Do not be late logging on to book it or you'll be stuck with rubbish times!

PP is right you can’t book anything until 8 weeks before your check in date. The restaurants get booked up really quickly, so I suggest logging on first thing the morning that the open up so you can book tables if you’re wanting to eat out.

We are going in Feb and I only just got round to booking swimming yesterday (I'm disorganised!) and there were still spaces so it seems unlikely it would be totally sold out for March.

We spent new year at centre Parcs - booking for activities opened beginning of December.

You will get an email to tell you when you can start booking activities. It should come up whe you log into your account.

It you go into my booking overview it will give you the date you can start booking. We are booked for the end of November,I can book activities from the end of September.

Thanks everyone. I've spoken to someone on the phone and booked with her, I can now go into the itinerary and see it!! I'll get the hang of it all eventually!!
