Question re TK Maxx returns

Had a looked online couldn't find the answer and chat does not seem to be available on their website at the moment.
If I order some trainers click and collect to store, if they are not suitable can I return them to the store where I am collecting or do they need a postal return? Thanks so much

You can return to store, just make sure you have the paperwork/ receipt.

Thanks, I am actually going to try them on when I collect so will already be in the store but won't buy them if I have to post them as it will be expensive as ordering a few pairs.

I have ordered on line many times to collect from store for both clothing and shoes.

Pick them up try them on, if they are no good just return them to the tills with the receipt that came with the parcel.

Its much easier as you refund is done there and then (of course have to wait to reach your cc or dc etc) Never had a problem.
