Help! Informing boss of pregnancy

So, I recently found out I am pregnant. It wasn't planned as such but still happy. I recently found out that my boss has had fertility problems (no idea of any diagnosis etc!) And had multiple rounds of IVF when she had her daughter who is now 2 yo. I didn't work with her at the time. She recently asked me to swap some weekend shifts with her as in her words 'she was having medical shit done' so they could try for a second. I am now in major panic mode. How can I tell her I am essentially pregnant by accident without sounding like a complete arsehole? Our line of work means that fairly significant changes need to be made for health and safety etc so one person being pregnant does place extra load on the rest of the team, the idea of two people being pregnant at the same time quite frankly would be a nightmare for the business. I feel completely selfish and awful and guilty. Is there any way I can tell her without it being a massive kick in the teeth? Any thoughts welcome...

The same way anyone would tell their boss they're pregnant?

"Btw, I'm pregnant so the health and safety issues will need to be sorted".

Leave out the accident bit maybe.
