Laptop screen small crack...anyone ever had one repaired?

DS hasa small crack acrosshis laptop screen. Working ok but Im guessing it will get worse.

Anyone had a screen replaced before?

I did! Ours had a huge crack. The cost was approx £120 to repair and said we could wait whilst it was replaced. That got me thinking that it must be an easy job if it only takes a few mins! As soon as I got off the phone, I had a look at a few YouTube videos.

I found out its ridiculously easy to change a lap top screen...

I bought one from ebay, I message the seller with the make/model and he advised which one to buy. It cost approx £50 and its a great quality screen. Took 3 mins to fit it.

I really dont feel comfortable doing it myself. Also it's a touch screen one

I think you can buy touch screen.

Definately get it replaced. My laptop works as if it were never broken to start with.
