Eldest DS turns 18 next month and I am desperately looking for some inspiration for a special gift for him. He does not wear jewellery and already has a nice watch, he is into football but already has a season ticket. I am at a loss as to what to get him. If anyone has any ideas or can advise what they did for their sons 18th birthday it would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you 😊

Could you get him hospitality for a match?

Not sure on your budget, but here’s some ideas..
A tailored suit, a nice coat, artwork, alloys, tickets for a gig/ weekend away.

My sons 18 th was a holiday abroad, Every year since it has been an experience of some kind,This seems to go down really well and quite often if you look on redletter days or virgin experiences you can get 2 for 1 offers so it is something your son and a friend could do maybe? Last year my son has had afternoon tea and cocktails up the Shard, had a 3 night stay in a cottage with hot tub for him and his partner, been Zombie hunting and cocktail making,! This year he has a 4 course meal for 2 with prosecco at a pizza place,a Forensic crime day experience and 2 escape rooms planned from various relitives for xmas, Might be worth a look see if you could find something a bit different for your son maybe?

Thank you for the ideas, he has that exact book already which he loved. I have got him some tickets to see his favourite grime artist but he knows about them already!

A holiday was what I was going to do but he came home last week saying that him and his friends have booked one for when exams are over, I offered to pay for it for him but he wants to pay for it himself from his part time job. I'm thinking I might go down the experience root. Thanks for the ideas!!
