Focus and organising since lockdown

A bit of a thread about a thread…

Has anyone struggled to focus or get their life organised again after lockdown ended last year?

I’m really struggling too and spend most of my time in a day dream like state or wasting hours on social media.

My work is getting shitty and I have no motivation to do anything!!
I don’t know how to get back to myself Sad

This is exactly me - am getting very down about it.

Yes, me too! I’m not depressed or anxious, just sad that I’ve lost my lust for life.

Today was my children's first day back at school. I am planning on sleeping for the rest of the week, then next week start getting organised again.

Sounds like a great plan!!

Yes, my phone habit became more consuming and I’m finding it hard to focus on things that need to be done. One thing that is useful is to put the time limits on my phone or use the forest app which persuades you put the phone down and get on with important things.

I am more organised in daily admin/house jobs than I have ever been. I closed during the first lockdown (childminder with asthmatic son) so spent my days sorting through things I have been putting off for years. I have definitely list my love of life and socialising though all I want to do after work is put in my pjs and sit under a blanket! I also spend far far too much time on my phone both during my work day and in the evenings/weekends
