At my surgery we can pre-book a telephone call for something classed as non urgent.
I pre-booked an telephone call for yesterday. My appt was 10.30 she phoned at 9.40.
Because of my symptoms she wanted to see me at 11am.
While there she decided I needed an x-ray which she booked at my local hospital for
that afternoon.
Today she has phoned me and arranged for me to see a consultant on Wednesday
next week. How good is she.
