Yes london flat so use it fir storage like zn attic
25 Square foot like a large garden shed
80 a month but is up steps (floor level units are more)
It was cheaper but changed to a chain from an independent
Many offer first month for much less

Not sure on the size of ours, probably half the size of a large garage. We pay £80 a month. We were paying 3 times that to a national storage chain for almost the same size unit.
